AI for trades contractors

No more evenings on quotes and invoices.

For electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction and other service contractors in Alberta. We set up AI on the tools you already use so quotes, follow-ups, service calls and invoices take minutes instead of hours, with you checking everything that matters.

Sound familiar?

The work is on site. The paperwork follows you home.

Most small contractors lose hours every week to the same admin. None of it is hard. It just never stops, and it usually lands on the owner or one office person.

Two contractors talking on a job site
  • Quotes written at night

After a full day on site, the quote still has to be typed, priced and sent.

  • Follow-ups that never happen

Open quotes sit for weeks because nobody had time to call back.

  • Messages scattered everywhere

Calls, texts, emails and forms, with key details lost along the way.

  • Friday invoicing

Hours and job notes re-typed into invoices and reports, by hand.

What we automate

Six examples from a contractor's week

In AI-Ready 30, we pick up to three of these with you, the ones that save you the most time.

  • Request → summary → right personA service request from your form, email or voicemail becomes a short summary with address, problem and urgency, sent to the right person.
  • Notes → draft quote → your price checkYour site notes or photos description become a clean first draft of the quote. You check the prices and send.
  • Quote sent → no reply → follow-upAfter a few days without an answer, a polite follow-up is prepared or sent, so good jobs stop slipping away.
  • Hours → draft invoice → your checkWeekly hours and materials become draft invoices in your accounting tool, ready for your approval.
  • Job notes → client reportShort notes from the crew become a clear job report or completion email for the client.
  • New review → draft replyEach new Google review gets a draft reply in your tone, waiting for your OK.

Prices, quotes and invoices are never sent without your approval.

Safely, on site too

Simple rules your crew will actually follow

Your crew already takes photos of panels, plans and client homes on their phones. Part of AI-Ready 30 is a one-page policy that says what can go into an AI tool, what never should, and which approved tools to use.

Our data protection method →
  • Client addresses and access codes

    Never in a public chatbot.

  • Plans and photos of client properties

Only in approved tools, with the right settings.

  • Your prices and margins

    Your business information stays yours.

Is it worth it?

Do the math with your own numbers

What does the paperwork cost you?

Each year, that is about

10 000 $

AI-Ready 30: $3,500, fixed price, once.

Illustration: hours × hourly cost × 50 weeks. Not a guarantee of savings; we measure your real time during the program.

One extra job won thanks to a follow-up can be enough to pay for the program on its own.

Questions from contractors

Straight answers

Do I have to change software?

No. We start from what you already use, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks or Jobber. If a tool has no AI built in, we automate around it, for example with your forms and email.

I already use Jobber, and it has AI. Why would I need you?

Good news: then part of the work is already paid for. Many contractors pay for these features and barely use them. We set them up for the way you work (quotes, follow-ups, requests), add the rules on client information, train your team, and automate what Jobber does not cover, such as your email, forms or reports.

My crew is not big on computers. Will this work?

Yes. The workshop is practical and built on your own tasks, and most automations run in the background. Often only the owner or the office person needs to touch them.

Is it worth it for a small shop of 2 to 5 people?

Usually yes, because in small shops the admin falls on the owner. We confirm it during the free check: if we do not see enough time to save, we will tell you.

Who sees my clients' information?

Automations run on your own accounts. We work with sample data for testing, and we sign a confidentiality agreement on request.

My clients mostly reach me by text and phone. Does this still work?

Often, yes. During the free AI check, we look at where your requests really come from and choose automations that fit those channels.

Can I approve things from my phone, on site?

Yes. Drafts can reach you by email or in the tools you already use on your phone, so you can check and send in a few seconds.

What if a client receives a strange message?

At first, nothing goes out without your approval, and every automation is tested before it goes live. You can also pause any automation at any time.

$3,500 is a lot for a small business.

You can start with the Custom AI Policy at $1,200, which is then deducted from AI-Ready 30. And do the math: 5 hours a week at $40 an hour is about $10,000 a year. The free AI check is there to tell you honestly whether the program is worth it for you.
