No. We start from the tools you already have and only recommend others when they clearly fit your needs and your privacy rules.

Owning a tool is one thing; using it the same safe way across the team is another. Without shared rules, people often add free personal AI accounts on the side. We check the settings you already pay for, set the rules, train your team and build the automations you do not have time to build. Some AI features need an additional license: we tell you before you buy anything.

That is common. We do not modify the software itself. We automate the work around it: incoming forms and emails, sorting requests, preparing drafts and reports from what the software exports.

No. It is a practical guide for your team. We recommend that regulated organizations review it with their own advisors.

The price is fixed and agreed before we start. A 50% deposit confirms the start date, and the balance is due at the results review. Taxes are extra.

Sometimes. Training and productivity projects can be eligible for certain programs, depending on your organization. We can provide a detailed quote and description for your application, but we cannot guarantee eligibility.

An optional monthly service, from $300 per month: monitoring and fixes for your automations, a monthly review call, new automations as your needs grow, and policy updates. You can stop at any time with 30 days' notice.

You do. Your policy, your automations, your accounts and your data stay yours, and run on tools you can keep using without us.

Yes. Every part of the program is available in English, in French, or in both.

Yes, as an implementation service. When your rules and automations are in place, we can also build or improve your website, Google presence and forms so they connect to your new way of working.

You can start with the Custom AI Policy at $1,200, which is then deducted from AI-Ready 30. And do the math: 5 hours a week at $40 an hour is about $10,000 a year. The free AI check is there to tell you honestly whether the program is worth it for you.

That is not our approach. AI prepares the repetitive work (drafts, summaries, follow-ups) and your people keep the decisions and the client relationship. The goal is to give them time back, not to replace them.

It is planned for. Anything that goes to a client is checked by a person, every automation is tested with sample data before it goes live, and your policy says exactly what to do if something goes wrong.

With your team, we note the time each task takes before the automation, then after. The results are presented at the final review.
