3. Our services
Descriptions of our services and prices on the website, including AI-Ready 30 and Ongoing AI Support, are for information and may change. Any service we provide is governed by a written proposal or agreement accepted by both parties, which sets the scope, price, schedule and payment terms. Unless stated otherwise in that agreement, prices are in Canadian dollars, taxes extra, and a deposit is required before work begins. In case of difference between the website and the signed agreement, the agreement prevails.
4. Free resources
Our free resources, such as the AI use policy template, may be used and adapted by your organization for its own internal needs. This permission is free of charge and has no time limit. You may not resell them or present them as your own commercial product. They are provided as is, without warranty. You remain responsible for adapting them to your organization and, where needed, having them reviewed by your own advisors.
5. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including texts, design, the TagVolt Agency name and logo, are the property of TagVolt Agency Inc. or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a reference to the source. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.
