AI-Ready 30: rules, training and automations in 30 days
AI-Ready 30 takes your organization from scattered, unofficial AI use to a clear, safe and useful way of working. One defined scope, one fixed price, and results you can measure at the end.
Is it for you?
AI-Ready 30 is a good fit if…
The program was designed for organizations of 2 to 50 people that already feel the pull of AI but have no one to organize it. You do not need any technical knowledge to start.

- Some of your staff already use ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tools
But there are no shared rules about what is allowed.
- You handle client, member or patient information
And you are not sure what is safe to put into an AI tool.
- The same admin tasks come back every week
Quotes, follow-ups, invoices, reports, scheduling, sorting requests.
- You work in French, English, or both
And want support that follows your team's language.
Week by week
What happens during the 30 days
For each step: what we do, what we need from you, and what you receive.
Kickoff, current use and AI use policy
We start with a one-hour meeting to understand your work, your tools and how AI is already used. A short anonymous survey of your staff tells us what really happens day to day. Then we write your AI use policy.
We do
- Kickoff meeting
- Staff survey
- Policy draft
You do
- Attend the kickoff (1 h)
- Share the survey
- Review the draft
You receive
- A snapshot of current use
- Your AI use policy (EN, FR or both)
A practical workshop on your real work
A three-hour workshop, in person in the Edmonton area or online, for up to 10 people. No theory lecture: we work on your own documents and recurring tasks, using the tools approved in your policy. Everyone leaves with ready-to-use instructions and a one-page reminder of the rules.
We do
- Prepare examples from your work
- Lead the workshop
You do
- Share sample documents (anonymized)
- Attend the workshop (3 h)
You receive
- A trained team
- A library of ready-to-use instructions
- A one-page rules reminder
Three automations, built, tested and measured
We pick the three tasks with the best gain-to-effort ratio, build the automations, test them with sample data, then switch them on. We measure the time each one saves, and present the results at a final review meeting along with your 30-day adoption plan.
We do
- Build and test 3 automations
- Measure time saved
- Lead the results review
You do
- Give access to the tools involved
- Validate each automation
- Attend the review (1 h)
You receive
- 3 working automations
- A short guide for each one
- A results report and adoption plan
Automations
What a "simple automation" means
One trigger, one main action, one result delivered. Always with a human check where it matters. Here are typical examples.
- Request → summary → right personA request from your form, email or voicemail becomes a short summary (address, problem, urgency) sent to the right person with a draft reply.
- Notes → draft quote → your pricesYour site visit notes become a clean first draft of the quote. You check the prices and send.
- Quote sent → no reply → follow-upWhen a quote stays unanswered after a set delay, a polite follow-up is prepared for you or sent automatically.
- Hours → draft invoice → your checkWeekly hours, materials or job notes become draft invoices or reports, approved by you before anything goes out.
- New review → draft replyEach new Google review gets a draft reply in your tone, waiting for your OK.
- Email → sort → labelEmails to a shared inbox are sorted by topic and urgency, so nothing important waits.
For offices and nonprofits, the same logic applies to meeting minutes, translations and reports. Larger projects, such as connecting several systems or building a custom tool, are possible, but they are quoted separately so the program price stays fixed.

Your team's time
About 6 hours over 30 days for the project lead, and 3 hours for each workshop participant.
The policy, the workshop materials, the instruction library, the automations and their guides belong to your organization. Automations run on your own accounts, so you keep full control, even if you stop working with us.
If an automation does not save measurable time, we rework it or replace it with another one at no extra cost before the program ends.
You can stop at any time. Before the end of week 1, we refund your deposit minus the work already delivered. After week 1, the deposit covers the work done, you keep everything delivered so far, and the balance is only due if the program goes to the results review. The exact terms are set out in your agreement.
We are offering AI-Ready 30 at a preferential rate to two founding clients, in exchange for a short case study (time saved, what worked, a quote from you). Ask about it during your free AI check.

FAQ
Questions about AI-Ready 30
How soon can the program start?
Usually within one to two weeks after the free AI check and the signed proposal, depending on your team's availability.
Should we start with the AI policy or with AI-Ready 30?
If your main concern is how your team uses AI today, start with the Custom AI Policy ($1,200, 10 business days). If you also want training and automations, go straight to AI-Ready 30, which includes the policy. Start with the policy and continue within 60 days, and the $1,200 is deducted.
What if we want to stop along the way?
You can. Before the end of week 1, we refund the deposit minus the work already delivered. After that, the deposit covers the work done, you keep everything delivered, and the balance is only due at the results review.
What if more than 10 people need training?
The program includes one workshop for up to 10 people. Additional workshops or participants are quoted separately, so the base price stays fixed.
Can the whole program be done remotely?
Yes. Outside the Edmonton area, the workshop and meetings are held online. In the Edmonton area, we can also come to your office.
$3,500 is a lot for a small business.
You can start with the Custom AI Policy at $1,200, which is then deducted from AI-Ready 30. And do the math: 5 hours a week at $40 an hour is about $10,000 a year. The free AI check is there to tell you honestly whether the program is worth it for you.
What if we don't have enough tasks to automate?
We tell you during the free AI check. In that case, the Custom AI Policy or a training session alone may be the better choice.
Will we need to buy new software?
Usually not: we start from what you already use. If a subscription would clearly pay off, we tell you before anything is bought, and you pay the vendor directly.
What if something stops working after the 30 days?
Each automation comes with a short guide, and everything runs on your accounts. For monitoring and fixes, Ongoing AI Support is available from $300 per month, with no long-term commitment.
How do you measure the time saved?
With your team, we note the time each task takes before the automation, then after. The results are presented at the final review.
Can automations send messages without us?
Only if you decide so. By default they prepare drafts for your approval, and prices, quotes and commitments are never sent without you.
