Who we help
For teams of 2 to 50 people already using AI without a framework
Our clients have no in-house IT or legal department, and their staff already use AI on their own. They want clear rules first, then practical training and a few automations that really save time. Here is what that looks like in four types of organizations.
Service businesses and nonprofits

Service businesses
Clinics, agencies, shops, transport and property services. The owner often does the admin at night. Our goal: give those hours back.
- Quote requests answered and followed up faster
- Drafts of emails, offers and social posts
- Replies to online reviews prepared for approval
- Weekly sales or activity summary from your spreadsheet

Nonprofits and associations
Small teams, big missions, and reports for every funder. Often with communications required in both official languages.
- First drafts of grant applications and funder reports
- Member newsletters prepared in French and English
- Board meeting minutes and follow-up tasks
- Volunteer and event registrations sorted automatically

Legal and professional offices
Law firms, legal services, notaries, accounting and consulting teams. In these offices, confidentiality is not optional, and a single mistake with client information can cost a relationship. That is exactly why rules have to come before tools.
Typical uses we set up
- New client intake: requests summarized and routed, with a checklist of missing documents
- First drafts of standard letters and emails, always reviewed by a professional
- Reminders for deadlines and unanswered client messages
- Meeting notes turned into minutes and task lists
- Clear rules on what client information can never enter a public AI tool
Our founder designed and maintains a case management platform and an AI document workflow for an Edmonton legal services firm. The same care for confidentiality goes into every AI-Ready 30 project.
We do not give legal advice and do not replace your professional obligations. We give you a practical framework to review with your own advisors.

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, construction, cleaning, moving and other contractors. The work is on site, but the paperwork follows you home at night. That is exactly the kind of repetitive work AI handles well, as long as someone sets the rules and checks the result.
Typical uses we set up
- Quote requests summarized, with a first draft of the quote from your notes
- Automatic follow-ups on quotes that stay unanswered
- Service calls and emails turned into a clear job summary for the technician
- Weekly hours and job notes turned into draft invoices or reports
- Replies to Google reviews prepared for your approval
We start from what you already use, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks or Jobber, and automate around it. No new software unless it clearly pays for itself.
Nothing goes to a client without your approval where it matters: prices, quotes, invoices and anything with your name on it.

When we are not the right choice
We would rather tell you now than disappoint you later.
- You need a large custom AI platform
AI-Ready 30 is about adoption and simple automations, not software development projects.
- Your work has almost no repetitive tasks
The value of automation comes from repetition. Without it, training alone may be enough.
- You have more than 50 people
We can still help, but the program will need a custom scope. Ask us during the free check.

FAQ
Questions about fit
Which types of businesses do you work with?
Service businesses, professional offices, nonprofits and trades contractors of 2 to 50 people. What they have in common: staff who already use AI, and no rules yet.
We are a team of three. Can you still help?
Often, yes, because in small teams the admin falls on the owner. During the free check, we tell you honestly whether there is enough repetitive work to justify the program, or whether training alone is enough.
Do you work outside Edmonton?
Yes. We serve organizations across Alberta: in person in the Edmonton area, and online everywhere else.
We are a nonprofit with a small budget.
Start with the free template, or the Custom AI Policy at $1,200. We can provide a detailed quote for a funding application, without guaranteeing eligibility.
Do you work with regulated sectors (health, finance, legal)?
Yes, with extra care on confidential information. We provide a practical framework that you then have reviewed by your own advisors; we do not give legal advice.
Does the whole team need to take part?
For the policy, everyone attends a one-hour session. For AI-Ready 30, the workshop includes up to 10 people.
Will AI replace my employees?
That is not our approach. AI prepares the repetitive work (drafts, summaries, follow-ups) and your people keep the decisions and the client relationship. The goal is to give them time back, not to replace them.
