Service scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual proposals or agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Supply required content and assets on time.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.

Payments

Payment terms are outlined in each proposal or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
• Remaining balances are due according to the agreed schedule.
• Late payments may delay project delivery.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved deliverables, unless otherwise specified.

TagVolt retains ownership of:

• Internal processes
• Development methods
• Proprietary tools
• BlinkCall™ technology
• Reusable frameworks and templates

Project Revisions

Projects include the number of revisions specified in the proposal.

Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may require additional fees.

Third-Party Services

Some services may rely on third-party platforms such as:

• Web hosting
• Domain registrars
• Google services
• CRM platforms
• Automation platforms

TagVolt is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policies of third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

TagVolt strives to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee:

• Specific revenue increases
• Search engine rankings
• Number of leads generated
• Business growth results

Business performance depends on many factors outside our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project according to the agreed contract terms.

Any completed work and outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination.

Warranty

TagVolt will address technical issues directly related to delivered work within the agreed support period.

Requests outside the original project scope are considered separate work.
